Is Snoopy's Spot designed to be accessible?
Yes! As Beagle Scouts, we believe in supporting everyone, and our goal is to make Snoopy's Spot a fun and comfortable experience for all guests. All of our attractions, pathways, dining areas, and restrooms meet or exceed local accessibility standards.
- Pathways and Queues: All pathways are wide and smooth. Ride queues are designed to be accessible, and we offer a Guest Assistance Pass for guests who may have difficulty waiting in traditional lines. Please visit Guest Services upon arrival to learn more.
- Restrooms: Accessible restrooms are available in every zone of the park.
- Seating: Ample seating, including shaded rest areas and benches, is provided throughout the park, especially near the Joe Cool's Chill Zone and the Beagle Scout Jamboree.
What services are available for guests with sensory needs?
We understand that theme parks can be stimulating! We offer several resources to assist guests with sensory sensitivities:
- Quiet Spaces: Dedicated, low-stimulation quiet rooms are available in the Beagle Scout Jamboree and The Flying Ace Hangar for guests needing a brief break from the noise and crowds.
- Sensory Kits: Complimentary Sensory Kits are available for check-out at Guest Services, which include noise-canceling headphones and fidget toys.
Are service animals permitted?
Fully trained service animals are welcome at Snoopy's Spot. Due to safety restrictions, service animals may not be permitted on certain rides and attractions. Please check the signage at the entrance to each attraction or ask an attendant for guidance.
We want your day to be stress-free, so please don't hesitate to ask any of our helpful staff members for assistance!
