We hope you love your new gear, but if it's not perfect:
- In-Park Purchases: We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt and tags attached. Just visit any retail location within the park.
- Online Purchases: You can initiate a return or exchange online within 45 days of receiving your order. Instructions and a shipping label will be provided on our website's Returns Portal.
All returned items must be unworn, unused, and still in their original packaging.
